which one should i purchase?If you plan on attending at least one class a week, the silver squad would be the best choice. If you plan to attend at least 2 classes, the gold squad pass is the best choice. Anything beyond 5 classes a month, the platinum squad pass is the best option.

i’ve purchased the pass, now what?Yay!! Welcome Squad Member! You’re ready to book your first class with your new pass. You will select the class, date, time you want to attend, and under ‘Payments’ you will have the option to select your membership to pay for the class. There will be one session deducted from your pass.

when will i be charged?Silver: renews every 30 days Gold: renews every 30 days Platinum: renews every 45 days

when does the pass expire?The passes never expire. They renew on a monthly basis. The silver and gold passes renew every 30 days and the platinum pass renews every 45 days. You are able to cancel anytime.

how many classes are there a month ?Currently there are at least 8 classes a month, 2 every week. More classes will be available soon! Please reach out if there are any classes you would like to see on the schedule. Include the day of the week and time you would like to see the class and we will see if there is an interest from other squad members.

i still have sessions available and my renewal date is approaching. do the sessions roll over?The sessions do not roll over and will expire.

i signed up for a class but didn’t attend. am i able to get a session added back?Unfortunately, you are unable to so please be sure to attend the class you signed up for.

are there any refunds?You will not be refunded once you purchase the pass but you are able to cancel so that you’re not charged the following month.

how do i cancel?Oh no! We would hate to see you go but we understand life happens. Please reach out to let us know how we are able to improve your experience. You are able to cancel anytime from your account. Log into your account, look for ‘My Subscriptions’ in the menu list, and you will have the option to cancel. can i use my pass to pay for my friend?Unfortunately you’re unable to but we constantly run promotions to bring a friend to class. Subscribe to our mailing list and watch your email!
