Ginger Iced Tea

Try this refreshing beverage on a hot summer day!


  • 1 1/4 cups Water

  • 1 1/2 tbsps Ginger (peeled, sliced)

  • 1 tsp Raw Honey (to taste)

  • 1/4 Lemon (small, juiced, to taste)


  1. Add the water and ginger slices to a small pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let simmer for about five to 10 minutes, or to your desired strength.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the honey and lemon juice. Let cool before serving with ice. Enjoy!


Leftovers Refrigerate for up to three days.

No Honey Use maple syrup, stevia, agave, or your sweetener of choice.
