Looking to loose weight and tone? Then a mix of fitness and healthy meal plans are just what you need!! This challenge consists of 4 virtual fitness classes per week and a personalized meal guide. The classes will consist of Power Yoga, Glutes, Bootcamp, Cardio. There are group check-ins to keep you motivated and self care tips to be sure you're properly recovering. Can't join in at the scheduled time? No worries! All videos will be recorded and sent to you via email so that you don't miss out. Let's end this year strong and begin the new year feeling great! This program is limited to 10 people. It is encouraged that you take a before and after picture to track progress. A prize will be awarded to the person with the best results.
